Testing out distances

Trying out different distances 

In our final production we will have to social distance our actors as we are in the middle of a pandemic, I used wine bottles to see how this would look on camera.

This is the actual distance of the wine bottles and as you can see it looks very funny as usually people are a lot closer to each other.

This shot is more upwards as well and it is pointed diagonally to make them seem closer together, this shot is very normal but pointed at a different angle to give a different perspective.

In this shot I zoomed in to almost the complete back of the character nearest to the camera. In real life this be an over the shoulder shot, this will also make the characters look closer as you can see how they are communicating.

This shot is for an upwards angle to make the actors look closer than they are. It is better if you don't show the feet of the actor the furthest away from the camera as you can see the distance on the floor so it doesn't make it look as realistic.

This shot is used to make it look like the other actor is closer by having the camera closer, creating the effect of a normal conversation.
